The Arc of Frederick County will be holding a Festival of Holidays Event at the Weinberg Center.
On November 28th they will be holding a photography contest.
The pictures should focus on Frederick during the holidays (it can
be winter themed, older or newer photographs). The theme of this year's
Holiday Event is on the past; so The Frederick Historical Society is
allowing us to put their old archived photographs on display. It would be
great, if the clique would be interested in submitting black and white
